- How much is the shipping cost to my country?
As every order is different (amounts/sizes/country) it's hard to have 1 shipping cost. Select the artwork you like and continue to your shopping cart. It will showcase the shipping cost for you. 
Depending on the pieces you have selected, you can have more pieces added for the same shipping cost. 

- Do I need to pay import costs on my package?
If your country is outside the EU-zone, you might be obligated to an import tax. 

- My country is not in the shipping list, how do I order?
Contact us by email and we will add your country to our shipping list, we ship worldwide.

- How long does shipping/delivery take?
When your order is placed AND paid, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Mostly it is shipped the same day or the workingday after ordering. In busy periods it can sometimes take a few days but we will do everything to get your piece out asap and on the way to you.

- How do we ship?
We ship all our orders with FedEx. We are not responsible for missed birthdays, holidays, ... We ship out your order the same day or the working day after a weekend/national holiday. 
We ship under DAP incoterm for packages outside Europe.

- How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped you received a tracking number. Track it at http://fedex.com
Change the language of the tracking website in the top right corner.

- My tracking number does not work?!
When you received a tracking number, it does work. If it shows your package is being prepared, it means your artwork is being created and package is being prepared to send. Hang in there, you can't rush creativity. 

- Does my artwork comes in a box?
Yes, all of our products come in a 7mm thick double corrugated cardboard box with inside protection for a flawless delivery. Our bigger pieces come in a wooden crate.

- Do you have a return policy?
We're pretty sure you will like the Mon'Art pieces. Many of hundreds clients worldwide can agree. Just in case you would want to send an artpiece back. It can only be returned when the artpiece is still sealed, this for quality reasons. Items purchased with a discount code or in sales can not be returned. Return costs are at own expense. This within 14 days of ordering. There's no return on items that are produced on demand or custom numbers. These are made on demand and unfortunatly not refundable. 

- How can I pay?
We accept, Paypal, Apple pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact & American Express. All common payment methods are accepted.
We also accept Bitcoin & Ethereum. Contact us by email to pay your piece in crypto.
          
                   

- Is my frame well protected when shipping? 
Of course it is! We ship every piece with much inside protection so it will arrive in 1 piece. We take pride on every order. 

- What if my piece arrives damaged due to shipping?
You should email us within 7 days of arrival so we can open a claim with our shipping company. 

- Is it real money or real gold?
Think twice please. No. 
Our money might looks real but it isn't , it has all legal requirements by the ECB to be 'legal' fake money. 

- What not to do with our frames?
We advise to not take the money out and try to pay with it in real life. It will result in jail-time unfortunately. The Mon’Art frames are only decoration purposed only.
Please do not put our frames or pieces in direct sunlight or under a lightning spot, this will damage the piece by time.
Peeling of our Mon’Art sticker might result in damage on the plexiglass. (don't tell us we didn't told you so)

- I can’t find your address on your website?
Correct! Our showroom and pick-up location is only available after appointment.
